There have been a number of cases of legionaires from potting mix in Aust,
including a recent death. I heard a discussion on it where they said that is
was more common in Aust than overseas, and suggested that maybe the bacteria
came from pine bark. It is recommened here to wear a dust mask whilst
working with potting mix, but I admit I'm a bit slack about it.
