Greetings.
I've been preparing an area of turf for reseeding. Since the existent grass
was killed off by masonry construction I have been hoing up the soil. There
are are a good number of grubs of several types in the earth and I wonder if
I should be giving that some attention. Now, I rarely see Japanese Beetles
here--I think I found three in the yard all summer--so I doubt these are JB
grubs. I'm wondering if I should be considering Milky Spore. Does that stuff
work on a spectrum of grubs? Are there beneficial beetles I would be
killilng off? An it be applied at this time of year? Any insights appreciated.
