	Hi,
		You'll likely never see anything like that. The average
spammer isn't really worried about keeping people happy. One well known
spammer trick is to include a note in the email telling you to email an
address if you want off the list. What the spammers are actually doing
is getting you to update thier mailing lists. 

	There are things ISPs can do to cut down spam but so many mail
servers are poorly run that spam isn't an easy problem to deal with-(
