Right you are about the color - really quite intense. Very rich brown,
very saturated gold. And, tho I love the variegata <pattern>, I usually
don't care for the color scheme either, preferring the pink version.
Your comments have inspired me to move it to some real soil to see what
it will do, & maybe try to coax it into parenthood.
Phil Williams sent me this one as an extra/bonus iris years ago.
Because it is a yellow variegata, it's not one I would have selected
myself - thanks Phil, if you are lurking.
