SEA POWER does live & has increased for me, but has a hard time blooming
here, either freezing out or producing severely stunted stalks like so
many blues and some others with nice form. Parent YAQUINA BLUE doesn't
do that here (so far).
What I think of as 'the west coast stunted stalk' problem.
