TB: REBLOOM - snaky stalks

Hi Everyone -

My neighbor is thrilled with the rhizomes of IMMORTALITY I gave her a couple years ago...especially since two clumps are reblooming for the first time for her. The problem is wavy stalks. The blooms are fine, the plants appear healthy and vigorous. I just wondered what causes this (one of the stalks curves so much it's almost touching the ground.) The plants get sunlight all day, and nothing else is physically interferring with their growth. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Thanks!
