I've been wondering the ame thing! I, too, sent a small order and haven't
heard from them.
I think they must still be shipping, because their catalog said their
deadline for orders was 15 September. Phone number in the 2003 catalog is
717-334-2400 but I tried that a few days ago and it rang and rang... :(
They also had a deal going where if you sent them a check to join AIS,
they'd send a free rhizome. Sounded good to me, so I sent a check which
hasn't cleared.
