I would go on line, look up sources. I know Iris City, Nicholls, and
several others sell a fair selection. There are others that I personally
haven't ordered from who specialize in aquatic Iris, or even just in
Louisianas. Also, check the Society for Louisiana Irises web site. If the
business's web site says "not now" I'd call them on the phone anyway (hope
I don't get shot for this last advice!).
Most nurseries are shipping beardless Iris right about now, so I would
think your chances of finding some still available are fairly good. I
received two boxes of Louisiana and other water Iris last week. Also, you
might try aquatic plant suppliers, Water Lily growers, and similar; they
often carry a few water Iris such as Louisianas too. Some they don't give
you a choice of cultivars, or occasionally not even of colors, but many
have a few cultivars listed.
