Laurie, No I would not consider it rebloom unless it had already bloomed
once this year. Since it did not, I would consider this stalk on this
clump a fall bloom. Rosalie Figge does this a lot for me, likes to bloom
once a year, sometimes spring and sometimes fall, only occaisionally
both. Maybe next year! IMHO.
