Breakers sometimes reblooms for us. pH 6.1

I'm curious about the effect of pH on rebloom. Did some chatting at the
convention and found that everyone who had Momenteous Occasion rebloom for
them was on acid soil. I know some things don't rebloom for us but do for
people in Adelaide where the pH is 7.5-9, and also the other way round for
others.
Any comments
