I would be interested in either offer, but my income is much higher than
members who might be retired and on fixed incomes. I would probably be more
likely to buy the printed version if the volumes were offered for sale one
at a time so the price did not seem so high. If your volume 1 is ready you
might consider getting it printed and see how it sells. At any rate let me

I know that many people like myself would like to have both. As Harold
