   Patrick, you are correct.  Dr. John Weiler was an excellent speaker, and
his program on rebloomers was the absolute best.   I haven't heard that he's
been able to do programs recently, but hope that some day he can.  I do hope
he's enjoying his retirement as an Emeritus judge.
     Believe it or not, he created a PCN which has rebloomed for me... Chief
Sequoia.. it is one of my favorite PCNs.
