Yes, definitely.  It also goes back to WINE AND ROSES (by way of CAMEO
WINE from SNOW PEACH).

And I thought of other reblooming umbratas from the 90s as soon as I
said that - Maryott's SECOND FIDDLE, & another more recent one I can't
think of, Sutton's BYE BYE BLACKBIRD (not sure about this one, but it
does have RINGO back in it's ancestry and does have light rims),
Niswonger's BETTY DUNN and Blyth's older ENGLISH CHARM (both of these
rebloom or bloom off season or whatever some places),

PAGAN DANCE    (B. Blyth, R. 1989). Sdlg. S146-A. TB, 32" (81 cm), E-L &
RE.  "S. violet; F. velvety black violet, 3/8" violet edge; burnt
tangerine beard. Cameo Wine X In Smoke.   Tempo Two 1989/90."

CAMEO WINE    (B. Blyth, R. 1982). Sdlg. M67-3. TB, 36" (91 cm), M.   "
S. soft pastel pink with slight bluish hue at midrib; F. deep rose pink,
deepening toward hafts, lighter at  edge; light burnt tangerine beard.

SECOND FIDDLE    (William Maryott, R. 1998). Sdlg. W110ARE. TB, 36" (91
cm), E & RE.    " S. and style arms light lavender (RHS 85B), slight
maroon midrib flush; F. deep velvety maroon (77A),    1/8" light
lavender rim; beards tangerine. Double Agent X S248A: (Tomorrow's Child

BYE BYE BLACKBIRD   (George Sutton, R. 1996). Sdlg. F-271. TB, 36" (91
cm), EM & RE.    "Ruffled black, violet-infused edge; beards purple
