Chuck, COFFEE WHISPERS died here.  The survivor came from Tom Parkhill's
garden (east slope, near loess soil, high enough elevation to avoid most
late freezes), where he says it does well.  Don't know who grew BOOZHOO.

Lends support to your theory.
