Re: best site to plant iris

Hello, and welcome to this list.  It would be useless for me, living in zone
4B, to give you advice on your planting questions.  The same is true for lots
of the others on the iris list.  But, there are also quite a few listers who
live in the southwest, including at least one from El Paso besides you.  So
when some of those folks from your region get around to looking at their
e-mail I'm sure you will get the kind of local advice you need.  It's a
different ball game from the one in which we play up here.  Meanwhile, happy
gardening and, again, welcome.
