Does anyone know: What the heck is "demime 1.01d", and why did it remove my photos? -- Griff

Linda -- When seedling 012A5 first bloomed, it was a heart-stopping blue
(photo 1). I dug it from its crowded seedling bed in a shaded corner and
gave it room in full sun. I can't describe my disappointment at its color
the following year (photo 2). Since then, it has regularized at the blue
seen in the 3d photo, but how I miss the richness of its maiden bloom! I
may try putting a piece in a more shaded area again and see what
appens. -- Griff

The only other cultivar I grow that I've seen such a striking difference
in color from one season or year to another is FEED BACK. Most years it
is such a washed out medium violet color, it made me wonder why anybody
would like it, but the first time it bloomed dark violet, it was
gorgeous. Only seen it look that way twice, once in spring, once in
fall.
