My post--and I assume that is what is being analyzed-- had *nothing*
whatsoever to do with "political correctness," whatever that is supposed to mean. I
was merely offering a reminder of the list etiquette which has prevailed here
since the very beginning, etiquette which is clearly spelled out in the
Welcome Message.
Political matters--like religious ones-- are supposed to be avoided here
because they are controversial, and also because they are *way* off topic. The
post that started this thread also involved forwarding a chain letter, which,
for obvious reasons, is generally considered a bad idea.
No one here knows diddlysquat about my personal politics or faith-- if any--
and *that*, I believe, is *exactly* the way it is supposed to be on this
*international* horticultural mailing list.
