Thanks for chart.
It is proably part of research Utah model idsbased on. Utah model is a
way of estimating chilling hours for outdoors. In fridge we can set it
at what we want, depending on how finiky fridge is and how often door
is opened.

Looks like 45 is optimal. 40oF looks like it's closer to 3/4 of
optimal.
I thought this <is> the Utah model? Now I'm confused.

Utah model gives best chilling from 37-48 F 40F is nicely in middle of
