As her daughter Sherri says, to all Betty's friends who have been wondering where she disappeared to, Betty says to let you all know she's not been ignoring anybody on purpose..:) She's been in the hospital since last week. She's been having problems with her back for years and last week she ended up taking a bad spill that sent her to the ER. They discovered that a degenerated disc in her back was pressing on her sciatic nerve and she had lost almost 100% use of her right leg (which caused her fall). They did surgery on Friday and it looks like she's going to have a couple weeks of physical therapy ahead of her, both in and outpatient.
