Your assessment of the awards system and ideas for changes are very thought
stimulating. You make some very valid points, in my opinion. I really
appreciate your taking the time to write these up. I suspect even if a few
changes are made at the fall Board meeting that a committee will be set up to
examine the whole system. Again, thanks for getting these ideas out to us.
