Preserving The Beautiful Iris Flowers


Dear Iris Lovers:  Please, if any of you have a successful method of 
drying and/or preserving the bloom, will you please share?

There is a product I have seen advsertized on TV called EVERLAST. 
Have any of you tried it?

The flowers are so beautiful - and other than pressing them - I have 
never seen anything written about preserving them.  I heard once that 
dipping the flower in melted wax - stem and all would do it - but I have 
not tried it.

My iris bloom in the spring - for several weeks - then they are all gone 
for another year.  I would love to find a way to retain and enjoy them.
