Re: fertilizer when and how much bindweed !!w

I had bindweed for 19 years in a garden in Radford VA    It is a devil of a
weed. I laid black plastic, and it LOVED it, sending out  miles of white
roots underneath.  I am grateful that I do not have it here, nor do I have
borer.  Worst weeds are Bermuda grass and  that acid-loving thing that
spreads by stolons.  I HATE stoloniferous weeds.
