Tom I enjoy the LIST tremendously, but while you a dicussing policies
it could be the time to tell people to sign their messages.
Sometimes info. is given and I cannot decipher if it is valid info.
for me living in zone 4/5, where it snows a lot, if I could read
a signature, a country, a state, a town (and then...), or a zone, I would
be able to discriminate (the info. that is)
