I don't think anyone has "deliberate disregard" for the list, the policies associated
with it, or for anyone participating on it. For some it may be lack of understanding,
for others the mail environment may be difficult. "Irresponsible" is a harsh word and, I
think, uncalled for. We all need to be courteous, and that includes staying with iris
subject matter, and trying to keep subject lines relevent. I'm not perfect, I can't
expect others to be, AND I try to do the best I can. I enjoy the list, find it valuable.
