I see Gunnar is anxious about suitable interior decoration for
Clarence's visit and rightly so. Could we make this a group effort
and fax him a page or two from our favourite Iris catalogue? I'm
prepared to
ifice a page or two of the just acquired Schreiners
beauty for such a cause.

Sally -- is this so that he can wallpaper the guest room with pages from
iris catalogues?? Sounds, um, sounds real nice!.
Gotta tell you, since we're doing wallpaper -- I have a guest room that has
been a little unfinished for more than 8 years. I was driving by the
wallpaper/paint store early the other morning and since it was really early,
I said, I have time, I'll just check to see what they have in their discount
room... well, 45 minutes later, I left with the GREATEST wallpaper border
EVER< EVER!! the rug is a dark burgundy and the walls a light pink/burgundy
and halfway up is wallpaper with a tiny pink and burgundy print.
The border is about 8" wide, deep burgundy EXACTLY the color of the rug,
grey foliage and deep orange iris blooms. it is more than fabulous!!
Changes my whole life!! This was in their cheep, cheep get-it-ouda-here
basket, no label, no indication of manufacturer, but it's totally AWSUM!
Carolyn Schaffner -- it don't take much to change my life, at least once a day.
