Re: subject lines



No big problem, Dana.  The subject line is just below your TO: box, it tells
readers the contents of your message so they can tell whether they want to
read it. 

If you perform a function called simply reply, which I do by hitting the 
"r" key, you reply to the writer, or the whole list which is the case with
this message, the subject line remains the same, even if you change the
nature of the content of your message. This is annoying to lots of people
on this LIST.

So, you change the subject line by manually entering the address in the 
TO: box, and manually changing the content of the SUBJECT: box.

It's ok -- you're doing just fine.

We've all been new to this game!! Sometimes in the enthusiasm we ignore the
details -- and build character as we learn to live with each others foibles.

Did you miss all the "how to tell if you're a redneck" comments?  They are
just great!  The originator challenged everyone to contribute!!
