It's taken a while, but I have updated my list of iris to include hybridizer
and date of introduction for most of them. A few I couldn't find so left
them off. This is a list of all the last 10 yrs intros that I have in my
garden. Some are new this summer, some are new since spring. And I am sure
it has errors and I've missed some, but this is anarchy and chaos, right?
So now what? Do I post the list and let everybody put 'yes' (to indicate you
actually do grow it?) and 1,2 or 3 by the varieties and email it back to me
off list at lmann76543@aol.com?
And remember, it doesn't count if your friends grow it, only if you do. (so,
Clarence, I can't veto the ones I don't try to grow just because they rot in
everybody else's gardens where I have seen them).
