I haven't forgotten - I had to buy a replacement computer and haven't gotte=
n=20
all it's parts working yet - to save a few bucks I didn't get it with any=20
software loaded, although they had to put DOS on it to make sure it worked,=
=20
so I still have a box of miscellaneous diskettes with mysterious labels on=20
them related to 'drivers', whatever those are, plus all my old data files a=
nd=20
other software to work on. I don't have any kind of data=20
management/spreadsheet software so will have to do this with a word process=
or=20
and sort function, but first, I have to add dates of introduction.
So....Looking to the future, anybody know if there are standard delimiters
between data fields compatible with most spreadsheet/data management softwa=
re=20
(space, comma, tab??) used in importing text files? - not exactly an iris=20
question but it's for my iris info.
