rebloom in z 8b?

If I am going to see rebloom in hot, humid zone 8b, when would I see it?
The recent rains have really greened up the fans and I can see where
the fans that used to be a single clump, have bunched up into two
clumps, one on each side of the centre. I take it from this list
that's good :-)
