I guess everyone might be starting to tire of the wildlife theme. =
Having brought up the subject of rabbits (sorry) it certainly has been =
interesting to hear of all the wildlife in America - such an assortment =
of creatures that we don't have here in Australia.
I guess that leads me to relate about the kangaroos. We have a few =
living locally but don't see a lot of them. However, there was one in =
my iris patch one morning who virtually came and stood beside me =
(obviously a pet someone had dumped) while I was admiring some spikes. =
I don't know if they are keen on eating the irises but they sure as hell =
can crush them well. With a bit of luck they'll remain in the wilds and =
not stomp through my patch too often.
