Welcome Colleen,
I live in Western Washington State, not far from the Puget Sound, south
of Seattle. We had a very mild summer, and now it feels like the beginning of
autumn. At AM it is 11.3C sunny with a slight breeze. All the bearded iris
are in their beds and the beardless orders will soon be arriving.
I do have a I. morea in bloom right now. It is nice to have at least
the thought of an irid in bloom. I don't get much rebloom, I believe that to
be because of less sunlight and heat.
Looking forward to reading about your bloom season, as I get ready to
plant tulips.
