Yes Barry spoke on the 6th. 
We had 40 plus members for the meeting. Up a bit on our usual 30 or so. It was
great. We've been gradually increasing our regular attendances. It's also great
that we got a lot of member's under 45, also even got a youth group going under
the aegis of Ann Pearce.

Our catalogue will be out early Oct.

Well, I am pleased to advise that our La. iris bloom season has started with
a big bang.  We too have had very mild weather over the last week or two.
It has really brought the blooms on.

I did a couple of garden talks last week and was able to take a bucket of
La. blooms to show the people.  I was hoping that I might have one spike
available!

I have just been to the garden and picked three buckets of bloom to take
down to Canberra this weekend for their Garden Expo.  Last year when we went
we had one flowering spike.  What a difference this year!

Will be leaving tomorrow and coming home again on Monday.  Looking forward
to meeting Paul & Yvonne Tyerman again while we are there (also on
iris-talk!).

Colleen, have you had your SA Region's meeting and talk by Barry Blyth yet?
If so, how did it go?
