I have noticed that certain Tbs just don't do well here 20 miles NW of
Boston. Like Sunny Disposition gets depressed and dies. Also alot of the
introductions just fade away. On the other hand Champange Elegance. Jennifer
Rebecca are consistent rebloomers here and increase rapidly. Anna Belle
Babson has had a poor showing so I moved her to two different new spots in
the garden this summer.
I also received some mdb and sdb last year from someone on the list for
postage onl;y. This was a great way to introduce me to them and they are
thriving and I ordered more this year also some BB as they won't get as top
heavy and fall over.
My iris are dofing well and this year I won't fertilize with nitrogen so
should have many more blooms. Can't wait till next spring.
So Kathy G et al which iris just don't like the north east?
