Does anyone know whether or not Babbling Brook
(Keppel '65) DM'72 has a yellow beard or a blue beard?
Several pictures I have seen show it with a blue
beard

others), but the 75th Anniversary AIS bulletin
shows it with a yellow beard on page 15, and some pictures a friend took also
shows a yellow beard.
Does this iris vascilate between blue and yellow
beards depending on soil, climate, and or elevation?

Glendale, AZ just far enough west to miss the
Micro-Burst that ripped off roofs, showered down hail, and flattened structures
in the East Phoenix Valley, Scottsdale, Chandler, Mesa and Gilbert with winds in
excess of 80 miles per hour.
