OT:Starship Enterprise

Well, my order from Schreiner's arrived and I tore into it only to find that I paid $50 for Stairway to Heaven!  That is right...Starship Enterprise was not in the box but Stairway to Heaven was.  lol
 
I have been worried about getting it since I ordered it.  I was afraid that I would get a check and a letter in the mail saying they were out, or SOMETHING would go wrong...I have never wanted an iris this bad before (which is evident by my paying $50 for a rhizome). 
 
I freaked!!!  I have hybridizing plans with this iris that I thought were all shot to Hades, but good old Schreiner's came through.  They do have more (fortunately) and they are shipping it out post haste to me...even let me keep Stairway to Heaven.

BTW: Stairway to Heaven will be donated to the Sonoran Desert Iris Society rhizome sale Oct. 9th. If anyone has any irises to donate to the sale, please let me know.  More information on the sale will be posted at a later date.
