Barbara,
Nothing I've tried on hollyhocks has worked! Most people who grow
hollyhocks around here pull off the rusted leaves. That's what I have
concluded because in gardens that have rustless hollyhocks, the hollyhocks
have very few leaves left. I read somewhere, too, that you should remove all
rusted leaves asap.
If you come up with a better solution, let me know.
