Nectarine Fantasia

Hi everyone.
Apologies to all who subscribe to both this and the OGL, but I did not know
which list would be best for my query, so posted to both.

Can I please pick your brains again.

We have several varieites of Peach and nectarine in their thrid year on a
dwarfing rootstock. this spring all flowered well and all except Fantasia
have set good amounts of fruit.

Fantasia had the most blossom, the largest flowers and our weather was
perfect for pollination and it was thronged by bees when in flower.

Can anyone suggest a reason why it alone whould have set no fruit at all.
