Hi
>From my Australian Wildflower Catalogue - this species is at home in
any climate from tropical to cool temperate and will grow 4metres tall,
but there are several cultivated varieties, some of which are much lower
growing and even a pink form 'Pink Cascade'(the type has numerous white
flowers in spring and summer).
Grow in a sunny well-watered position. All forms may be used in
protected coastal gardens and are frost-tolerent. Prune into shape after
flowering.
The taller forms make beautiful screens and hedges, while the low
growers are suitable for rockeries and near ponds. 'Pacific Beauty'
makes an excellent weeping container plant and cut flower.
Looks as if it is pretty non-fussy as long as it gets sun and good
drainage.
