another local announcement (a well-known garden/house for sale!)

Another local announcement for anyone in the market for a house in Oakland.

Some friends of mine are selling their home, a craftman-like multi-story in 
wonderful condition (they have worked hard on it) in our neighborhood.  In 
addition to the beautiful home, there is also a wonderful garden created by 
one of them.  This garden has been on many tours and is really something to 
behold!  Full of lots in very interesting plants in creative arrangements, 
a fish pond and deck off the back of the house, staged planting sloping up 
from this point, providing wonderful views of the garden from the windows 
of the house.

The owners would love it if a horticulturist purchased this property, 
instead of someone who would merely remove all of the love and work they 
have put into it over the years.  Please feel free to pass this along to 
anyone you might think is interested, and have them contact me if they want 
more information.  The sale is being handled through Grubb.
