Mine would be warm enough that I and only I could grow a Coconut palm, and
wow the neighbors, and baffle the scientists :). Or at least I could grow
Delonix Regia.
Seriously, my fantasy garden wouldnt be so foggy and cold during the
summer and instead of sand, the soil would be the most perfect sandy loam
that drains fast and grows things lushly.
