Attached greenhouse / solarium from kit?

Hello folks --

I am building a new (tiny) house.  It will be about 700 square feet, with
an attached 10 x 15 greenhouse.  I've been looking on the internet at
greenhouse kits.  They seem to be well-priced, and a large part of their
appeal to me is that the price is FIXED.  I suspect that hiring someone to
build one from scratch would be the sort of project that entails a lot of
unexpected cost overruns -- more than in standard house construction.  

I would love to hear from anyone who has built from one of these kits, both
for general advice and for good and bad experiences with specific
manufacturers.  I suppose I should mention that I have a fair amount of
background in construction, but no experience at all with any of the kits.
