difficult location

I have a problem with a wall which needs to be covered and hidden and is not
well located. It's behind the house and completely shaded in winter, and in
full sun in summer.
So I'm looking for vines and shrubs matching with this difficult spot. The
wall is 10 meters long and 3 meters high. Here in south of France, we can
have frost in winter down to 17 °F.
Can you help me ?
