I spend a lot of time in Italy. My base is Panicale on the Tuscany-Umbria border.
Three points
1 I'd appreciate info on gardens in this area to recommend to visitors and as an inspiration for my own efforts to make a garden out of part of the steep, terraced olive grove that comes with the house.
2. The house is finished and has 3 guest appartments please check out casafontana.net
3. We are hosting a tutored art tour house party in May and wondering if a further tour would be worth organising. Any suggestions especially art and gardens in Umbria
