The first photo might possibly be a Cestrum, such as
Cestrum aurantiacum, although it is usually much
denser in foliage and flower as grown outdoors here in
northern California. It is not fragrant, and blooms
just about all year round in mild climates such as
ours. It has also naturalized in subtropical areas
such a the mountains of southern Mexico into Verazruz,
much as Clerodendrum phillipense has.
