It is a great book. But then again, I am biased as it covers the area in which I live.
The book is "Wildflower Walks and Roads of the Sierra Gold County" by Toni Fauver. Published by Comstock Bonanza Press.

Particularly the Northern California folks. A number of years ago, we had a speaker (maybe Toni Fauver) who had for sale a book of Wildflower Walks of the Sierra or something like that. I bought it, used it and loved it. Subsequently, one of my children also used and lost it. I would love to purchase that book again, but am not sure of the title, author and seller. 
Anyone with information for me?
