Hi Karrie, We have a ‘Roger’s Red’ on a 4’ high fence along the back property line in hot San Jose. It is at least 30 feet wide with moderate trimming. I would expect a very large arbor might accommodate it or you will be spending a lot of time pruning it. Cheers, Bracey From: medit-plants-request@ucdavis.edu [mailto:medit-plants-request@ucdavis.edu] On Behalf Of Karrie Reid I know we have discussed it in the past, but I don’t have time to search the archives. Does anyone have experiences either good or bad about using Roger’s Red on an arbor. Any considerations about messiness, maintenance, etc. are appreciated.
