Re: Eucalyptus w/flame flowers

One possibility is E. sideroxylon 'Rosea', red ironbark. Description in
Sunset Western Garden Book is: 20-80', form variable. Slim, blue-green
leaves turn bronze in winter. Trunk furrowed and nearly black.

We have it in the Arboretum here at California State University, Fresno.
It's fresh in my mind since I'm working on our new Treewalks guide(guided
tour and brief info. on a selection of the trees).
