Richard--I SAW the bee cutting a, yes, rounded notch out of the petals. Of
course I don't want to extinguish the bees--I just love my yellow
hollyhocks and they look a mess with all those half-circles cut out of the
flowers. I'm just asking if there are ways to repel the bees. I don't mind
if they cut into the rose leaves.
