It's here too.

I'm spending about a week in Innsbruck, Austria before heading on to 
Istanbul, and we see it fairly commonly here.  Though all the slopes are 
pretty moist here, I haven't seen it too much in gardens or hedgerows, 
mostly in low areas along the road.  Here it seems to either have difficulty 
competing or there are natural things that keep it in check.  (Or it only 
got introduced here last year and hasn't had a good chance to take over the 
city...)
