Hi
again,
thanks for
responding to my inquery about plants in hot climates.
Here in the
Peloponnese there is a lot of wild Vitex in shades of blue, white and light
pink. They flower at the end of June and into the first two weeks of July, and
grow mostly where there is a lot of water in winter (river beds, etc). Actually
a few are still in bloom now. They look lovely when they grow together with the
wild oleander (the single pink one). Not much else in the wild flowers at this
time of the year so it is doubly welcome!
Gunnar
